1) Sports psychology R&D

a) Research and development for various psychological training programs, guidance, and assessment tools based on the psychological training and “coping skills” used in sports psychology.
We believe that the mental skills acquired through psychological training should be tools for achieving optimum performance and ensuring a person’s physical and mental health. To acquire these “tools” and put them to practical use, we have developed a guidance program with training based on diversified tactics. We have various psychological training programs and workshops that can be customized to the needs of the individual, team, group, or company.

b) The development and support of Career Transition / A Second Career.
To answer the questions, “How do I survive this turning point in my life" or "How can I secure a life long profession," we offer Career Transition support, and provide an outstanding career-building program for both athletes and individuals based on US studies, by Miyako Tanaka-Oulevey M.A.,. We also organize the workshops and regular study meetings for the athletes.
Our recent efforts in this regard include a lecture held at the J League career support center, construction of the Second-Career support program in JOC, holding “Career-Transition” lectures at various companies, providing classes for children to assist them with future career planning, and holding regular MJ Comtesse Inc.-run “Career Transition” preparation meetings for athletes.

2) Specialist management (including copyright protection issues)

We also provide a wide variety of specialist management. Synchronized swimming specialists Virginie Dedieu, Pilates instructor and many other specialists currently belong to MJ Comtesse Inc. We welcome any inquiries or requests regarding our specialists vis-a-vis media appearances, publications, manuscript requests, lecture organization, etc.

3) Entertainment production

We introduce and organize entertainment events including synchronized swimming, art and music events. From planning to operation, we offer a variety of services including event organization, production packages for broadcasting, commercial films, and DVDs in the above genres.

4) Synchronised swimming related services

With the help of Miyako Tanaka-Oulevey and Virginie Dedieu, we plan and execute various activities in the field of synchronized swimming in order to impart its virtue to others. These activities include the arrangement of synchronized swimming for appearance in commercial films, management of children’s synchronized swimming classes and the casting of commentators for synchronized swimming programs or related events.

5) Pilates Studio management

In full cooperation with a Nevada state university, we are missionaries in the spread of Pilates as a means of "Improving Health”. Our organization is controlled by Dolly Kelepecz, a professor at the University of Nevada, Las Vegas. We manage our own Pilates studio “DMJ Body Balancing,” where we educate others in becoming qualified Pilates trainers and provide them with an official license from the University of Nevada, Las Vegas. We also offer information services for the media, and run a Pilates-related educational publishing business.

6) Marketing research & design

We offer consulting services for corporate promotional strategies, PR, media strategies, and accompanying management issues. Our dependable service, overall project planning results, production and brand management have been highly appraised.
