Fitness services
We offer an exclusive University of Nevada Las Vegas (UNLV) certified Pilates program at our “DMJ Body Balancing” studios both in Tokyo and Osaka. Pilates is designed the stretch, strengthen, and balance your body by focusing on your body’s core through a unique movement system consists of more than 500 exercises. In partnership with the University of Las Vegas, Nevada, we also provide quarterly Pilates instructor’s Certification Program facilitated by UNLV staff . Our program works to ensure you get the most out of your Pilates workout. We offer private, semi-private and small group mat and equipment instruction for all fitness levels in our fully equipped studio. English lessons are available at our Tokyo studio.

President’s profile
Miyako Tanaka-Oulevey
Miyako Tanaka-Oulevey is an accomplished psychologist, public speaker, university lecturer, author and former Olympic synchronized swimmer and bronze medalist from the 1988 Seoul Olympics. She is the founding partner of MJ Comtesse and driving force behind the company's core mental training programs and sports outreach effort. In addition to her work as an Olympic synchronized swimming coach for both the Japanese and American national teams, Mrs. Tanaka-Oulevey is also engaged in TV commentating, teaching, book publishing and public speaking on such topics as the "Psychology of Winning" and an "Athletes Guide to Career Planning". She is a certified mental training consultant who has authored 25 books (including Joint work) on personal and career development, and routinely gives over 200 lectures a year for universities, professional seminars and workshops, as well as at the Japan Olympic Committee National Training Center Career Academy. Miyako lives with her husband and 2 children in Tokyo, Japan.
